This person will also assist with promotions, such as social media posting, and CSA member management, though our online portal site. Pack items for CSA boxes for part of your shift, this part of the job is physical and will take place in the wash house on the farm. Attention to detail and organizational skills required - training will be provided.

Keep website updated as needed (no html), assist with programming social media and picture taking, contribute to the monthly blog by writing some creative content, and type up our new email addresses as needed. Work with Farm Owner and Manager on seasonal marketing and promotions plans, as directed.

Customer/Community Service: Get involved with the community members by establishing a connection with them via excellent customer service. Help us to better refine the inventory selection to meet their needs and improve customer satisfaction. Manage CSA member emails and phone numbers, respond to customer emails quickly and professionally, serving as the voice of Everblossom to our members. Coordinate programming of online order store, via Small Farm Central. Manage CSA member updates.

Compensation, Reporting, and Physical Requirements: The position is part time, year round, and requires 25+ hours weekly depending on the farm schedule.
